International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location:

  • •Rest of World: 14-28 business days - Starting at $39.95

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or for custom orders, processing may take up to 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order status by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your OMRIYANE jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (for US orders)
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Attach the return label and drop off at any USPS location
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We're happy to exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to initiate an exchange, and we'll process it as quickly as possible. Exchange shipping is free for US customers.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Please contact us before shipping your return so we can provide instructions and our return address.
